Some interesting tidbit: The Chaos Legendary character Harald Hammerstorm you saw in one of the last trailer, is one of if not the oldest character in Warhammer, period. Not old as in his age, but in the fact that he was one of the very first characters designed by Games Workshop for the 1st edition of Warhammer. in fact, I believe the "Warhammer" he wield is the embodiment to the brand itself before GW create Sigmar and the now iconic Heldenhammer. And yes, 40k came after Fantasy, so Hammerstorm is the granddaddy of the franchise.
Crazy how one random weapon became an icon for two behemoth franchises like that
Back then he was a generic dude, and while it is fun, he wasn't actually given a character until they'd made others (I think Kemmler was made before Harald was given a proper character).
@@strawberin0 Even funnier is how him smashing a poor skeleton in his first depiction has basically become his gimmick. Harry is essentially an enormous flaming middle finger to anything undead for a simple reason: He literally causes them to actually be scared. As in, freakin zombies and skeletons and any and all other undead gribblies are subject to normal morale rules around him, and he causes their already garbage morale stat to get tanked even more on top of that. This man can cause undead armies to start routing, and that's just absolutely catastrophic from how completely out of left field it is for them.
Hurt my soul when you didn't catch the predator reference in one of the skaven trailers.

Thrones of decay trailer will be this month, as it comes out april. Nurgle, drwarfs and empire. Also they added almost double the content on the dlc in total wars new video update as a apology
I think you meant "Thrones of Delay." I wouldn't be surprised if it gets delayed again just because of the questionable balancing the update caused.
I think the consensus in the community is that if they delayed and added all of the current content into Shadows of Changes it would have been "passable" but the current state of certain units are kinda awkward. The T0 Kislev spearmen have a lil bit too high melee defense for a unit that has a 30 second unbreakable once broken, with the amount of units they still have when they go unbreakable they most of the time break or kill the unit attacking them in the 30 second span. The wyrm is kinda bad outside of a bug with a lord that isn't supposed to give it regeneration.
Giving Tomb King construct passives to other faction constructs is a massive nerf since other factions don't have construct support (yet cuz 100% this was planned but rushed). Making other faction constructs not unbreakable anymore but with the same stats making them comparatively easy to break by giving them leadership the Tomb Kings constructs has but without the support.
Outside of the blanket nerf to constructs Cathay is sitting pretty with a gryphon that can leadership loss formations of daemons/undead/constructs and a fast moving yin flier that can bounce around formations to support and duel high value targets. Also the ranged lord's face kinda looks bad, like he suffered through nanjing 1937 bad. At least they have recourse against the chaos dwarves when they start blitzing their territory.
Nothing really to add with Tzeentch since they've always been strong. More flamers of tzeentch I guess, you can never have too many flamer variants.
Hopefully the fixes does some balance tweaks to try and homogenize the new additions because right now Throt and Azazel gets creamed 75% of the time by Kostaltyn by turn 20 turning that part of the north into kislev territory and Boris Ursus usually ends up eating the Everchosen if he bumps into him early just because they have access to a T0 unit with 40 melee defence.
CA released additional content for Shadows of Change DLC. Now the reviews look a bit better.
Still are 2 out of that 3 factions not good, that curse and blessing system is OP and a factions that the ai can't find is also stupid. Grand Cathay lord is good.
I forgot to mention this in the last video. You know how you said the Dark Elves are so much cooler than the High Elves? Apparently CA agrees, because High Elves are the only faction that does not get their own cinematic faction trailer.
Edit: While there was quite a bit of overlap, the Champions of Chaos update did a great deal to differentiate the Chaos factions from one another, such as giving all of the Chaos Warriors unique armour, so that when you play the game you'll never confuse Chosen of Tzeentch for Chosen of Nurgle for instance.
The centre of the donut, and why Elves care so deeply about it (aside from it being their homeland) is the Vortex, a magical construct that drains magic itself from the world and prevents Daemonic legions from manifesting. The Daemons you see in game are a fraction of the billions that can appear if the Vortex did not exist.
Damn, it seems that the devs really reacted to a lot of feedback the community has given them over the years, you love to see it. Also you are right, I never even noticed there was no High Elves trailer lmao.
In regards to High Elves not having a trailer, they do have one. It is the 360 degrees trailer
