Do you have to add coilovers on those deep dish rims (xxr's 527?) Cause I have a vw golf and I want to add some. Help please.......and yes I know, a golf? lol
It can be done, but IMHO get some budget coils from the likes of JOM and an OEM V6/4Motion front anti roll bar. Your car will look much better lowered.
Those roof bars, what brand are those from? Thule, original VW or..? All the ones I find have the bars sticking out over the side of the car.. These stop @ the mounting foot.
Hey im ordering the 17x8.25 tonight and im wondering what spacers i should run to be flush. so what spacers and what lug bolts and what size lug bolts.. thanks man, this is the reason im buying 527s!
is there anything you have to do to fit them in right? im slammed on coilovers on the stock bbs rc. would i need annything special to fit these wheels in nicely and do you recommend running 18*9.75 in the front as well?

There are shortened spar, rolled fenders, beam set back, lifted motor on golf. Thats all to fit them in right. 18*9.5-9.75 it' s ok

There are no more such coilovers. You can buy any coilovers for golf. Request stiffer springs. Add more oil to the coilovers.
when you say default lub bolts do you mean the stock lug bolts will work? i thought it needed like tuner style/conical style instead of ball seat.

Okay. So If I want to add the xxr 527 size 17x8.25 it can be easily done without buying coliovers(stiffer springs) cause my car is stock.
