I enjoyed your walk thru on this house. Excellent job showing it off. Except for the pricing, I really like this one. It would fit me like a glove. The sizing and layout are ideal. I dislike all those 1,400 to 1,800sf homes popping up all over. There are so many upgrades here that are really done well, but it's bordering on overkill. Looks like a builder's showcase model home to draw potential custom home buyers in. I wouldn't want to pay for the most expensive house on the block. The surround sound in and out did it for me..oh what fun to be had here. The artificial turf looks good on the lanai, but wonder how well would it hold up with salt or chemicals from the pool. I would like you to also show other storage areas in these homes (pantry, linen closets), particularly when more than 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Headed that way in a few hours for the holidays. This home is located in the SW close to Cape Harbor and Cape Coral Parkway is considered to be expensive due to the price of the lots and locations. Even though you have a lot of smaller homes around million-dollar homes. Lots of my buyers feel the same way. But Cape Coral was built lot by lot and that is what happens. Now the lots in that area are more expensive and they build high-end homes. So it’s a hit-and-miss. Some street blocks are more balanced.
