Video lecture for MPRE prep and for my Professional Responsibility course about ABA Model Rule 1.2, which covers the allocation of authority between the client and the lawyer, and the scope of the representation. This video covers the official Comments to Rule 1.2 that deal with 1.2(d), assisting a client in the commission of a crime or fraud. Note that this is a remake of a video I originally recorded in 2020.
