You've yet to finish a Zelda game? Dude get on it! If you're a Zelda fan, then all the installments are really straightforward. The most straightforward one in my opinion has to be Twilight Princess. Granted there were times where I was really stumped (bloody water temple). But it took some lateral thinking and I was on my way again.
A very close 2nd to my fav, oracle of seasons, then links awakening is 3rd. The links awakening remake is so wonderfull, I hope all the Zelda games get the same treatment.

at least with the darknuts in twilight princess you could get the hidden skills like helm splitter and shield bash that make it 100x easier
