Buyee's has many fees. The fee that you are talking about is the Buyee Service Fee, which is a flat 300yen per item. On top of that, you have the option to add inspection and insurance on that item ranging from 300yen to 500yen. The scariest fee (from my experience) is that shipping a single card with protective packaging by itself costs around $25.
