What about if you registered your llc in bizee (previously incfile) when there's an ein with it.

What the witchcraft, you no longer have an ein. You have a cpn. I’d call the number on your ein form and explain what you said here to them
@@Anu_Akhuok so everything that I’m about to say is tmi. When you apply for ein, they don’t look into a database and verify said corporation exist. They simply issue one, what’s created is a credit profile, a blank one, hence the term cpn (credit profile number) don’t use this term at a bank or anywhere.😅. If you made this mistake it’s fine, when your LLC or sole proprietorship is approved the blank profile which was file for your business will be updated once your bank of choice issues a checking account under it. The more you use the blank credit profile, the more information that will be added on to it (checking accounts, saving accounts, and credit accounts). As your business grows and you have sustainable cash flow you gonna wanna review your business credit profile to ensure you didn’t make the following mistakes before applying for lines of credit.
-Business address is not residential address
-Business phone is not phone number link to your credit profile
-Business email is a professional email “example@yourbussiness.com”
-Business is not going on an rampage applying to every card possible
-Most important, your personal credit is in good standing. Your first credit card will be a personal guarantee business line of credit. Which simply means in the event a debt needs to be collected the banks can come after you for the funds.
But another big mistake people make is diving straight into an LLC or Corp, it’s better to be a sole proprietorship and age your business free of obligations to file any taxes so long as you make no money. Allow yourself time to figure things out and allocate the cash while your business is open and dormant 😅
For those have been hit hard during Covid and have flaws on their credit may want to look into consumer laws, and all the laws put into place so you can clean your personal credit up. Yes, i, confirming you can remove bad things off your credit, most people just send the wrong types of letter and do take the

Refile w/a similar sound/spelled name , list ur orig. business name as DBA
You probably have to file manually by faxing the SS4 form to the IRS along with your LLC articles.

Hate to say it but probably start over and do it correctly next time. However I think the info in this video didn't really help with the details. It's very simple. First get the EIN and make sure it's the right one for the type of business. It might take hours or days and phone calls to make sure you get it right. Then get the LLC licence. Then open the bank account. It's pretty simple. Just a 3 step process.

If it shows up on SunBiz as active, then yes, it's approved and you can apply for the EIN.

If the name of your company is available use the same ein to register your LLC. Kinda hard to have both when registering LLC there's always options to include EIN or will ask do you already have one unless you filled all paperwork yourself without using these 3rd parties entities so idk.

You can get an EIN as a sole proprietor... But, when you register the LLC, you'll have to get another EIN for the LLC. EINs are a hassle for individuals that don't have SSNs and are taking 4-12 weeks right now... So you might want to take that into consideration.

Get LLC approved first, then apply for EIN. Not sure about the contractor's license... but probably will want to wait until you have EIN

The IRS does not charge for an EIN. You can apply for the LLC now, but if the LLC is rejected, then you’ll have to get a new EIN

Its similar but still different.. let's say the name i picked is "The swaggeriff" and the other LLC they're saying exist is "Swagger Riff" does that really make a difference. I see alot of hair supply stores with similar names .. and it let me register it before but now i can't find my business name on the state site?? Super confused
