I love OneUp as a company. I run their aluminum pedals and they have always been there for any questions and the one issue that I had. Lightning quick email replies and immediate warranty service.... I also love how they engineered their 35mm bars to feel like 31.8s. ;)
Seriously though, you guys have the best videos in terms of production, style and presentation. Worldwide Cyclery come close to the content but nowhere near the style; places like Backcountry can't match you either. Keep it up! I love that a local shop blows large-scale competition away!

In one of our most recent videos, people are all up in arms because my coworker and I are wearing masks (we're on the sales floor in a public space), as mandated by the state. Oh well. OneUp is awesome. I have their aluminum and comp pedals, EDC Lite, and dropper post, lever, handlebar and stem.
I recently purchased the bar and the aluminium version of their pedals for my new bike that I'm currently building up. Can't wait to try them out.
