EDIT: It's all in 13/8 including the solo, Arthur hits the crash cymbal on beat 1 of every four bars of 13/8
EDIT: Most of it is 13/8, but no clue whether Tigran solos over the 13 since I find it really hard to find beat 1 there
13/8? No clue what the hell this metre is yet but it grooves so hard.
He does solo over the 13/8 yes. To help yourself to hear the 13 I recommend listening to the bass line as Arthur and Tigran are doing what they can to muddle the time. Nice observation!
@@xanderwebb7998 You're right. I find it's easiest to follow Arthur's kick drum since at the start of the solo he's pretty consistent going (1)234(1)23(1)2(1)23(4)
Also, Sam is playing a lot more syncopated and often accenting the accenting the last beat in the groups above.
