Yes, it's because only a few recognize good music, not that this is the best band I ever heard, but one of the best... this rawness in their songs is the best, pure NWOBHM
I'm ashamed to say...... I've only heard the song Blitzkrieg until tonight when I stumbled upon this little gem on here. I've listened to the whole demo and I'm just like....... just...... I have no words. Just truly beautiful. The youthful exuberance of the band comes through loud and clear on these amazing live tracks. Wow!! Just....... Wow!!
awesome demo tape from new wave of british heavy metal band blitzkerig. might of been this bands first demo tape. good songs here too. what a demo tape just solid heavy metal. a great 4 piece metal band. #nwobhmforever
What is great about this is that today a performance like that could so easily be recorded on a laptop and every track processed , carefully compressed and mixed and mastered...but what we have come to learn is that does not make it better at all, in fact it is more fun to listen to raw like this. As a live demo it kicks ass. And with analog wham bam it's done. No spending a month gating, reverbing, EQing....blah blah blah..... I am rambling because I dig it. Sorry! :)
I totally get what you think! There is even a record, where I like the 2 instrumental demos attached more than the actual album. It´s "Them" by King Diamond. With the demos you can have an insight into all the great riffing going on and I love that feeling of being in rehearsal room with the band.
this is fuckin jammin 🤘🏻😆🤘🏻 on another note did anybody know that this 🤟🏻meant i love you you know how many metal heads have done this gesture lmao😆😆😆 if they only knew
No MetallicA without Iron Maiden, and Iron Maiden will always be better. I do like Megadeth and Anthrax though. Also Voivod and PanterA. Metallica themselves always felt too too corporate sounding to me though.
I like the European (mostly German) style bands too like Messiah,Sodom,Assassin,Sabbat,Darkness,Xentrix, and a couple others aswelll. Feel like MetallcA were always kinda corperate whores tbh. Even if the original idea of metal was just a marketing gimmick I always think it had more potential to be genuinely subversive than this (although I'd say it developed naturally out of 60s/70s shit like punk did,Funkadelic,Amon Düül ii,Ted Nudgent,Steppenwolf,Jimi Hendrix,Magma,Cream, and even some southern rock all has some pretty "metal" moments).
Try “the sentinel” from the “ten years of blitzkrieg” ep, NOT THE ALBUM TEN. (They’re two separate things for some reason) The good one I’m talking about was uploaded by MrJejsus and has 5.9k views.
Blitzkrieg has always been way underrated & unappreciated \m/ \m/

Blitzkrieg is the one everybody actually knows but they honestly should have gone further.

What a great band that was!

yeah man, RAW is the fucking word, but very few people likes those demo's vibes, but we still can get it like that if we do a "RAW phone" recording...

Sounds so raw. So good
Esse álbum é um de meus favoritos, super 💯🤘🎸❤️🎸👈,
METALLICA had this lesson , well learned !!!
Brian Ross - vocals
Steve Abbey - drums
John Antcliffe - guitars
Mick Moore - bass
according to Metalstorm.net
Sweet demo.
This was actually recorded in studio with crowd effects added
Masterpiece
A must-listen for all heavy metal fans.
Blitzkrieg is the Brian's place. Not in Satan. thank you for sharing this
Wonn...best demo!
🤘🤘🤘🤘
21.07.'22., та-же история, что и Iron Maiden, начали ох...но, ну, а потом пук. Thenk'$, Danke, Gracias, Dziakyiu, Спасибо. Группа отличная.❤️🔥😎.
y3ahhhhhh!
A good and early highway star Cover!

is it just me or does the lead singer have a little Mick Jagger in the voice early Rolling Stones i think he does.🤔
Guitar was Ian Jones not Mick Proctor and it was Steve Abbey on drums
metallica probably had this tape back then because it’s this version of blitzkrieg that they covered (the main riff)

Wow. Metallica copied these guys to a T. The vocals, the riffs, the bass, the solos.
The description time stamps are fucked up
I will try to unfuck them soon as possible.
Joder esta escrita la duración de cada tema, pero no en que minuto empieza.
Jesus Christ I just spit beer across the living room laughing at "Unfuck".
@@Dookiemcfluffin 🤣💥🔥 absolutely
Sharing is caring :#
Too bad they didn't keep this raw, crunchy sound.
..dear bro-ther! guitar, guitar, guitar more heavy riff!m! dear bro-ther!!!!
Without Blitzkrieg = nothing of Metallica!! 😂
Metallica
perfected it even though it's similar and made it clean.. Judas priest and iron maiden probably influenced blitzkrieg
Sounds good, exept vocals almost inaudible :
i prefer Metallicas version of Blitzkrieg, i tried listening to other songs by Blitzkrieg meeeeh
