Danganronpa's creator made this new studio a while back and have made many projects already. Besides this & raincode there's AKudama drive (anime & manga), World End Tour (smaller game), and Tribe Nine (baseball anime that's getting a mobile game). But yes a lot of budget went into this game.

i loved tribe nine, it reminds me of lethal league blaze (cool game go play it) but a certain character dying really shouldn't have surprised me as much as it did. after all, it's a series made by kodaka lol

Someone also made a fan game of dangaronpa (a different one to Eden's Garden, love that series tho) called super dangaronpa another (sdra and sdra2) which I've seen you mention in your poll 2 years ago it'll be cool to see that too :)

Imagine they all died especially the main character and gets replaced with new ones and a new protag, now that will be the biggest twist in a game.
There are no class trials and there are 100 endings. It's similar to Danganronpa in a way like the visual design and the look and feel.

@@g.f8342don't get your hopes up too much. Even despite getting older I'm still a fan of Danganronpa's tone and deranged sense of humor, and it doesn't seem like this game will be massively departing from that style of writing.
The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy hype! I'm excited about the creator of Danganronpa and Zero Escape making this game. A friend of mine got the collectors edition and she's excited to play the game.
Honestly it's giving off Danganronpa mixed with fire emblem vibes and if it really is like that, it's going to be huge.

Tbh I was excited for this, but then I saw the “Siscon” brother character. I just hope he isn’t another “Korekiyo” because DR V3’s chapter 3 brought the experience of V3 down for me a little.

I believe the reason why people forgot about this game was because of its anime counterpart- considering that at the time, the VA English dub for the main vilan was a popular creator by the name of CorpseHusband! I myself didn't realize it was a danganronpa series, until just now- years later LOL... if you do play the game- you should watch the series after... I wasn't able to finish it at the time, BUT it was really good like there other series counterparts to there games uwu

Tribe Nine is a cool game. And the blue haired guy is actually Blue Rantaro, not blue Nagito. (When I watch anime, I can tell that he has almost the same personality as Rantaro if he is still alive and no siblings.)
