They look very good. The creators use unit creator in the game to make them and they look nice even with lots of limitation.
Different kaiju are created by different people so the health and attack don't usually match each other

That's because there's spikes on his feet.When anguirus runs the spikes hit the ground causing him to bounce around making him weak.
