I can tell that the main reason King Kong won against the Scar king is that the Scar King was likely crippled due to age meaning that he would likely not be as fast or as strong as Kong physically. And Scar King basically was like upon his death he was like, "Kong... it is clear you are ready to take care of Shimo, however you will need my electricity powers"
Should of give kong the kamecha wave.. anything is possible.. 😅 while Godzilla is fighting, kong should of been eating popcorn and sits down at the throne watching the fight. 😅 might as well give Kong golden hair. Lol 😂
