Thank you. I am dealing with IT band syndrome and have been for quite some time. It is a very frustrating injury. I look forward to posting more running vlogs in the future. I really appreciate the support.
I use lock laces and I can't live without them. I should do I review on them......????? How to install... etc.... I will also link I local business! Shop local if you can!
Sorry for the late reply. I haven't been on here much. There is a severe supply chain shortage. For many months I couldn't get anything. I am still trying to decide if I want to continue on reviewing. It doesn't seem fair if everyone can't get the product. I am trying to push shopping locally :)
You said you’re also in the south, right? I would suggest trading that pepper spray for a firearm if I were you. Not to assume the worst in everyone, but rather to be prepared for any situation. Glad to see you didn’t get lost this time! Haha
Yes I have defiantly been thinking about that. I don’t know anything about guns. My boss is very familiar and has already offered to teach me. A gun is a huge commitment!
K Briellen I’d say the first step is realizing how much of a responsibility it is, and it looks like you’re already there. I’ll be the second to offer any advice or tips. I feel like the gun community is similar to running community in that they’re both very accepting of newbies and generally very helpful!
I just found and subbed. I look forward to supporting your content.

That would freak me out too! Glad you’re safe!
I have a question, what laces do you use?

That doesn't sound good with the dodgy truck, glad to see all was ok, well done with the humid run 👍🏃
Thank you! I think the truck just made a wrong turn. Definitely, going to keep my pepper spray on me at all times.
Yikes, another scary trail run! (thinking back to the other where you got lost in the dark). Glad you're alright. Stay safe
Thank you for keeping up. You have to always be on your guard.
Love your videos! Keep up the good work
Thank you so much ♥️

How are your shins? Do you still have shin pain?
No I don't have shin pain. I have pain on the outside of my knee. I am pretty sure its IT Bandy Syndrome.
