Rethinking society-nature relations

Green transition is possible only if the values and behavior of people change. In the broadest sense this requires rethinking relations between humans/society and nature both in policy and everyday practices. Use of natural resources should be based on co-evolutionary thinking, stewardship, and care, which calls for new type of policies and research approaches.
In this webinar, Luke researchers ask how current policies and various actors, such as farmers and forest owners, perceive these issues. They also reflect on how non-human entities can be more effectively acknowledged in the research and solutions being developed.
