    This video is awesome! I started running last year, 5x a week for 15 minutes. I never pushed myself to run longer because I wanted to maintain a sustainable habit.
    However, one run taught me to listen to my cycle. I was in the middle of PMS and decided to go out for a run to release all that angst. After returning home, I was so cramped up, I could barely stand up! Nowadays I have learned to embrace low impact walking during my PMS weeks :)
