How to Use Softeher VPN on WIndows

It is extremely difficult to find a better vpn that is Open source to use on windows.
Softether VPN is one of the Open Source Vpn projects out there by University of Tsukuba in Japan.
Download it from their official website below;

After download the package for your appropriate platform .
Extract the contents and then install it on your computer.
Then Run it and select Public relay servers.
It will for the first time configure virtual vpn adapter . Give it time to complete that as it is equally important in the process.
Later on choose Public relay server and refresh.
Select the Server which is having higher LINE SPEEDS and LOWER PINGS.
Mostly servers from Korean and USA work just fine.
