I enjoy Procreate, but my app of choice is ArtStudio.

I no longer use Targus styluses. I'm currently using the HAND stylus.

No pressure sensitivity for the HAND stylus. Most of the pressure sensitive styluses are not very helpful. The line-work is inconsistant.
