My husband and I just got back from what now is called the Gran Marena. We stayed on the adult side but it isn’t quiet. It’s a small resort and the noise from the entertainment at the main pool we could hear even with our door closed. Same when the entertainment started every evening until around 10:30pm. Let’s not forget the flies that are crawling over all the food. Arrived back in Canada with severe food poisoning
We just came back from this resort 3 weeks ago. So disappointing.lots of the same food on the buffet. People are friendly but poorly managed. Cockroach crawled across the salad bar. Some food was raw. Bacon was rubbery. One napkin per person. Coffee was cold and not very good . Building maintenance is barely there. We had heard it was an amazing place and like a 5star resort only to find out it’s more like a 3. I have a feeling their efforts are placed more in the collection side and not the family side. Won’t be back for a long time

@@denimdevereaux6257look at the way quality of living in that country. Don’t seriously think you care about providing amazing service? Their own citizens can’t even go into tourist areas. And the money made in these tourist areas doesn’t even go to the country. It goes to the government.

It’s a nice hotel but you have to pay for the collection to enjoy it as an adult. It increases the price significantly though
