Does the Hotel have backup generator?

Looks great and we're really happy to see Osmar (Chino) on the job there! He did a great job of serving, entertaining and looking after us during our 33 vacations at Brisas Sierra Mar and I'm sure he'll continue at his new job, at Vila Gale, to make sure the guests there will all enjoy a wonderful vacation experience!

Is bowling adult only at the resort? I didn't see it last time we were there. Did you hear anyone getting food poisoning at the resort? A lot of people got sick last time we were there. Even my son vomitted and had diarrhea

Nice resort, just like Cayo Santa Maria, where are the guests? CSM was dead, only 5 guests when I went, I ended at Sancruary. It's nice to get treated like a Queen, but video is not reality. Show.

where is the gym?

I've been there 5 times! It is an amazing place with amazing staff! I've become friends with many of the staff. I can't wait to go back again!
