In the central area of Gyoda City, there are castle ruins, temples, and shrines. Among them, Seizenji Temple houses ancient unmarked graves (known as “muen-to,” where the donor is unknown) with stone Buddhist statues. Nearby, at the Hachiman Shrine, you can find a flower water basin. The current castle has been reconstructed and serves as a museum.
