@@ogsydney I combed my locs out 1 year ago and I still see split ends when I blow dry. I prob shouldn’t have combed them and just big chopped to begin with 😮💨 so a good cut will give me a fresh start
@@VirgosGroove3 I have a lot of respect for you and your ability to comb them out because I would not have the patience 😆 I will say doing a chop forced me to relearn my natural hair. I hope you find what’s best for you!
Beautiful, I wish I had this energy to maintain my natural hair. Its fully natural now, no perm for about five or six years. Fully all natural one year when my hairdresser took me into a new direction with a cut and new style. Now my hair is long enough to pull into a ponytail, I love variety but I'm also lazy when it comes to my hair 😅😅😅
I used to cut my hair off every 4 years with just a blending guard and keep it moving. But I do make hair growth product that I use in my hair studio so my hair does grow back pretty fast❤
I do a mix of wearing my big chop and protective styles! If you’re going to chop, I recommend having at least an inch or two so you can do your desired styles. That’s what I did. I first installed some twists maybe 7 weeks after! For wigs, your don’t need much hair at all lol
It's crazy because I love that As I Am product and I have been wondering how it will pair with XLine Extreme Gel. Its so hard to pair leave ins with gels, but without a leave-in I am left with a dry ahh fro the very next day 😭
Try it! It works well for me! I also saw a tip from a girl on tiktok to try mixing your leave in and gel of choice in your hand first. If they ball up or get flaky, it’ll likely do the same in your hair!
Please what products you use to grow your natural hair. I just cut my relax hair too. I need good product to grow my natural hair. At least two to three products I can stick to.
I like Creme of Nature’s shampoo and Aussie Moist for conditioning and deep conditioning! I’m not super picky and just like using products that moisturize well. Can’t say they contributed to or hindered my growth, though.
