      it should be the local government who should collect common eastments tax to build the road section of your house once a house is purchased. Collectively the roads will be completed. this is how Australia does it. I hope mooge Does this.

      They should take property tax from the wealthy Somalis and Somali diaspora. But I don’t think they should build their own roads. All of Hargeisa needs roads, you can’t even drive a nice car there.

    There are goid looking houses in hargeysa but no roads whatsoever. I got sick there because of the dust and there is no sewage system 😔

    • @skyman_0198
      @skyman_0198 3 роки тому

      I am trained engineer on this field. There are two major sewage systems. 1. Traditional waste water sewage and 2. Storm sewage (rain water). The number one is not necessarily thanks to climate and geological grounds conditions. For example, humid and clay type soil would need sewage but in Hargeisa ground is permeable and not humid this would not create smell if dug on septic hole. For the other type of sewage which storm sewage. Yes it needed but not much because Hargeisa is has natural slope drainage and not much rainfall like tropical areas. If you grew up well constructed country please be respectful and appreciate upward trend of this country. Rome is not built in one night.
