Great question, in short the answer is no. The way it’s manufactured prevents the glass from being removed without removing the screen from the frame etc.

Hello dear, i went to change the glass in a repair shop, but it's showing a warning message "unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display". Did the repair shop changed my original screen or it's a normal thing. thank you.
Unless you have apple repair it, that is normal

0:38 Never do that. I did and broke the glass instantly. Instead, use a suction cup and drops of isopropyl alcohol. Raise little by little and apply drops on the edge. The screen will pop out effortlessly
