During these hard times there are many ways to connect with your own self at home. And to celebrate Eid we wanted to share with you a Sufi Spinning practice (by Raquel Jurado).
It is a fantastic way to meditate, to connect with yourself... Sometimes they show us the demons that are in us, other times they bring us back to peace. Either way, it's a good way 🖤

Durante estos tiempos difíciles hay muchas maneras de conectarse con uno mismo en casa. Y para celebrar Eid queríamos compartir con vosotra/os una práctica de vueltas sufís (por Raquel Jurado).
Es una fantástica manera de meditar, de conectar con una misma... A veces nos muestran los demonios que hay en nosotras, otras veces nos devuelven a la paz. Sea como sea, es un buen camino 🖤
