Hi Jamie, hi Tom, I don´t know how you handle this now - nearly a year later, lol - but a very cool tool that I use with partners/virtual team and clients is trello. It offers a lot of solutions compared to what you try. There is even an app for iOS and Android. This tools really works nice. But I also like ease of the post-it management, which probably works great if all the team is regularly walking by and "works" it. So i am using this and trello and other tools, too ;-) Go MOZ! Pete
Hey Fellas, Thanks for sharing your process. If I may add another element, the predecessors and successors may also be important, especially if the whole team is not always around. So if you were to note a code on the in (left) and out (right) of each post-it note, it may help with the prioritization and flexibility. The code could be as simple as first initial and number (T1, T2, T3, etc...). Cheers, Travis
