“You are” is so much more powerful than “I am”
They are equally powerful for different reasons. "You are" affirmations should be used to speak directly to the subconscious mind without interference from the conscious mind. It should be played in the background while awake and during during sleep. "I am" affirmations should be used to repeat out loudly as often as possible. Let the weak SAY "I AM strong". "I am" is for saying, "You are" is for listening.
"You are affirmations" is better than I Am bcoz our mind can simply argue that it's a different person who is saying I am, unlike You are the mind just get it that someone is telling that You are this.
Use You are affirmations if it's created by others and use I am affirmations when you're talking to yourself.

This message is so true. Ive been putting my positive energy towards co creating a reality. A reality where wyt supremacy has come to an end. And its really working. Wyt ppl are being exposed for their true nature in front of the world stage and are facing problem after problem in their nuclear family which they impose on everyone as being the best. I'm moving into my created reality where they will recieve all the karma they have inflicted on my ppl. But i have to stay positive and keep a clear image of this wyt run civilation coming to a end.
Positivity is just a beautiful direction without doubt. Becuase if these messages, its easy for my third eye to see and taste the end of their shit.
this channel is amazing and i love that he doesn't tell you how to use your positive energy. Just that you have it. Which so true. Becuase in my old reality black ppl were victims becuase they didnt have a way to protect them selves fully. But in the thought realm its different. We cant go to jail for cursing their race in the physical. Amd thats what we are working hard on everyday, as co creators, to set up a spiritual checkpoint that wont allow wyt spirits to evade their debt by creating a reality ehere they cam beleive racism never happened. We have blocked off 99 percent access to these realities in which they run to for cover, but act as if its the hardest realities to create when you actually can do travel to that mindset without any meditation or focus. They dont have the proper spiritual documentation to come to those realities. Becuase of this channel leaving the breadcrumbs for black ppl to really power up, and see with our third eye, where wyt ppl who sit right beside us absorbing the same lesson, are really trying to go. And we have positively destroyed that wyt bridge to the sacred place called the land before time through your meditations. (Which to black ppl means the land before they stole all of our time but to them means the time before the record of their transgressions). So its a time machine to them, but not one that actually teaches them anything, just one that lets them set up shop in another timespace, with a clear, washed, mind. Many Christians will drop Christianity and turn to this thinking as s chameleon does to stay alive.
And we aint letting them change stripes and go anywhere spiritally, through focused positivity. At least not without their identifying feature. (Blacl ppl know what feature im talking about.

I respect the work you put into your videos. I find it truly baffling that all major crypto UA-camrs just look at pure wave and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as bullish as it seems. It hits different. People have been saying negative things about us with YOU ARE which then we believe and change to I AM negative thoughts.

@Miss Kat. I have had the same experience! I continued to listen and the nightmare experience 'mostly' faded. After some research, I found out that the emotion evoked by the nightmare may be highlighting an emotional block in the area being worked on.
