No one and nothing exits or enters without approval. they dont say it but essencialy every charc is like this,the diffirence is they come in far les strong but beyond the universes on the other side of what we call death everyone is equaly as strong and they dont fight because its pointless,this is actualy a reflection of the real truth that we are all eternal selfaware energie and we choose to have a human experience
