Cappadocia reminds me a lot of New Mexico. Beautiful desert landscapes, delicious food and hot air balloons.

Cappadocia was one of the best experiences ever. Great history, fun adventures, and yummy food!

Wow! The whole video was full of breathtaking scenery, and the landscape is so different that what we're used to. Although I wouldn't be able to go up in one of the hot air balloons, I would love to be able to watch them (with my feet planted firmly on the ground lol). I could definitely take part in that Turkish breakfast though :)

It really was a spectacular place. One of our all time favorites so far. The breakfast was amazing and wasn’t sure I would ever have to eat again after that.🤣Thanks for watching!

I love your videos and I've seen them all! I don't know if I've ever commented though. I had a couple though this time. First, this is an amazing place and I've never heard of it and now I have so thank you! I would love to hear a little bit more in your videos about how you travel to your destinations. In other words, did you have to take local cars or buses or fly most of the way, that kind of thing. You do sometimes include your train journeys and things like that, but it's not always clear how to get to some of your destinations . You cover everything else really well, although you don't always talk about the price of lodging, but that's okay, that's probably not your style, And I can well appreciate that there are some things you don't feel like sharing! 😂. I love that you're so game to do everything and you're always so active and vibrant! Am I correct in assuming that the blonde woman that used to be in front of the camera sometimes is now just staying behind the camera? I look forward to many more.

Thanks so much for your message and questions. As far as getting around we do a little bit of everything. To get to Cappadocia we flew as the distance from Istanbul was great. Since we got to the Turkish coast we have been using buses. We have taken trains a few times over the years most recently in Vietnam. We don’t normally show the places we stay because they are usually ordinary. We stay in basic hotels and sometimes in Airbnb’s. We have more details in our blog at: farawaynowtravels.com/ the blonde lady is our good friend Martina. We still travel together sometimes but she didn’t want to be in the UA-cam videos anymore. We are out here having fun and it’s great to hear feedback as sometimes we live in a bubble and it’s nice to hear what people would like to see. Thanks again so much for watching and reaching out!
