Thanks John, we hadn't found Dutch-Proccess and had been looking. Now that we know Ghirardelli makes it, we'll get some. Also, we're pretty good at making our own marshmallows. :D This could be a competitor to your Milky Coffee for Christmas gifts.

You are gonna kill my waist line, John. All these yummy videos and since I dont have a FD yet, we just end up eating it all lol Hershey's cocoa is dutched, just not as much as Ghiradelli. But their Special Dark cocoa is even darker than the stuff you used. Each one of them has a different flavor and intensity, I love seeing which ones work best in which recipe. I am loving your videos, they inspire me to be creative in the kitchen!
You come up with great ideas, keep them coming. Could you note where you ordered the mold from and have you tried to just rehydrate a cup of hot cocoa what were the freeze dry hours...Thanks for sharing 🎄✨
I picked the molds up from hobby lobby. I did a separate video with a different cocoa recipe and reconstituted it. Not sure on the hours. Most of the time I add a lot because of work
YUMMMMM. They look amazing. I believe that is going to have to be one I do very soon!. How did you mold the malt o meal? Those looked like bars of soap to me (I am a soapmaker). Have you also done oatmeal? Is that one bar a bowl full?

This particular video I didn't try, I did a different video with a different recipe for hot chocolate and reconstituted it. It was GREAT!

Pretty much I prep the day before I FD so I would say it was 24 hours
