Advice from an older viewer who has worked in a family business my entire life . Christian you need to step back and run your business and your employees are your employees,and can not be your friends also , you need to keep a separation . You can be friendly with the employees but keep them out of your personal life , no it's not easy but in the reality they are WORKING for you . Ask anyone who runs a business you don't want or need employees in your life outside of the business . We are all proud and happy of what you have built in the business world but STOP showing everything your have it has almost become a bragging of look at what I have . Just let things be viewed in the vlogs stop showing it all off , trust me at some point you will wish you keep somethings to yourself .
