For safety and tanking, you can install a Don lantern together with Meurs. She adds count with the first skill, and with the third she goes to 0 by spending the count, but the second skill is a little inconvenient. Due to the fact that she is a tank, talismans will go to her, but still, due to her count management, she is also good at inflicting rupter potency with talismans

Talisman Sinclair this, Talisman Sinclair that.... When will people realize that the real problem is with rupture ITSELF and not the Talisman Sinclair? Rupture should not have existed at all. Burn is slow (once per turn rupture), sinking needs abnos or butterfly to deal damage (situational rapture), tremor didn't do anything for a almost a year until coversions and Reverb (restricted imitation of rupture), bleed is uncontrollable due to unbreakable coins (sanguine desire fixes it, but you won't be able to spam this ego every turn) (uncontrollable rupture), poise is selfish and is only 20% damage increase with a chance that you need to build up (mere 2 damage up unless coin states otherwise) , charge is charge - you gain it then you spend it on what you need (charge potency allowed new units to have build up in long fights) And what is rupture? True damage that you can control. It is culmination of best features of bleed and sinking (sinking for control, bleed for true damage). Such status, that invalidates poise, tremor and burn due to outdamaging burn with just TWO hits, simplifying the mechanism or doing damage, unlike tremor and having a lot of impact in fight unlike Poise. So, rupture should not have existed in first place. But, now that it exists, we MUST be able to maintain every status effect outside if mirror dungen, because.... "everything is OP in MD". Even rupture should not be halted due to it power, because everything must be fun for players, right? Rupture needs a lot of planning skills, patience and investment of resources from player (one miscalculation and your stack is dead). So, if you playing such meticulous status, you MUST be rewarded accordingly. So, in conclusion, PM should embrace the rupture and give it proper units - without conditions like in 9clair (again, why are we having defense level down in status that deals true damage despite everything (even protection)?) P.S. Anyway, sorry for my rant. Needed to vent off and say something about rupture. Happy new 2025 year to everyone who reads this!!! ❤❤❤🎄🎄🎄❄️❄️❄️🎆🎆🎆
Rupture wouldn't have been that broken if the units were correctly balanced around it. It is mechanically overpowered, yes, but Poise is extremely weak mechanically (low damage multiplier, decays over time *and* on crit) and yet it has some of the most powerful IDs in the game (Kimsault and Ahabmael). Talisman was Rupture's doom because he made it extremely easy for any unit, Rupture or not, to stack Rupture, when Rupture's low Potency and Count was one of the main things holding it back from being the strongest status effect.
@@psl6145 Well, Talisman Sinclair was the catalyst - if it was only implemented as EGO (sanguine desire but for rupture that influcts 5 talisman on one target), there wouldn't be any problem at all, but... Once again, the fault lies with PM, all of it!

Just goes to show why PM is so stingy with rupture count, it can be very OP. Talisman Sinclair’s very existence changes rupture

“yes”
holy shit hes awesome

Wait if the skills stop Inflicting rupture because of the passive, then how did he get on 99?
pretty sure its only the rupture directly from the skill
rupture from things like gifts/support passives still work(?)

Talisman is still able to inflict rupture even when conditional is mey

I don’t know why they don’t just completely rework his support passive. Like they already did it with LCCB Ryoshu and refunded everyone
