Otherwise the country will collapse very soon. I was in Nepal and convinced the rural people about the benefits of one child, they have 6-7 children per family on average and not enough food and land.

Some parents are waiting for their son to start some earning.. and if the son said I know market conditions and I can't work in this then what there parents will do? Their son is their last option.. so I will say we should not take decision like this..try to make happy environment at your work place by helping people.. don't say it's your work, do yourself.

Regarding Friday's night parties, when i was working in an IT industry , i noticed that in cities like Mumbai many of the girls avoided such parties even though some of them were chatukaar of bosses. Simple reason was that they had to cover long distances to their home very late at night and safety was a priority for them.
Get job abroad , earn and invest wisely , create huge passive income , retire by 42 - 45 age , come back settle in mountains or smaller town or tourist area . No marriage , no kids ..if u want marriage then marry simple woman from across border like nepal , bhutan etc .
There are no jobs abroad except IT. Most countries are in recession and salary is very low except USA. I am not getting any jobs in the last 11 months in Germany.
