Thanks for the video! They sent me the wrong hardware too, but unfortunately their not being very helpful with sending me the hardware to attach to bed rails . They keep saying it’s the small brackets when it’s the larger black ones in your video. Very frustrating
This cover has tracks on both sides. I don’t know what fastening system ACS Lietner uses. Some of the other similar rack systems use track glides that are compatible with SyneticUSA’s cover.
This was a new item for them for the Jeep and I think they were in the process of sorting it out from what I can tell. I took it for a couple of car washes and went through a few days of rain and it has held up well so far in terms of water resistance and draining, which I was wondering about.

They don't communicate well. If you can post a pic of the hardware you received, I can take a look and see.
I got the EGR electric cover. It's super nice and can hold a lot of weight with the T slot. OEM quality compared to this one.
3:56 is the bracket that I need I guess. They sent these small ones

No just theses small ones that don’t fit my bedrail

No issues. I’m happy with it. Has kept water out fairly well.
Hmm. Sent you parts you don't need and missing parts. I was thinking about this one but not sure now. 🤔. Instructions seems pretty poor.
