I did the challenge but I missed some days! I kept track of my progress. May was long lol, I got like 3 people to join me along the way and it was the thing I was the most consistent with all month so I am happy with that! Imma try to get me a video uploaded by Sat! Thanks for the challenge!
May day Achiever May day Achiever!!! I have to admit tho. I didnt do EVERY DAY 100. But I did do AT LEAST 50-60 pushups everyday incorporated in my workouts for the month a may. (Give or take the weekends as I dont workout weekends hehe) xoxoxo Yea I have no bboobs left. THANKS lol ONE ARM WHAAAAAAT!!!?!?!

Silverback Strong Club running is easier on the body versus squats. Maybe jump roping. 300 if you can or just do like you said 2 more days

Achiever! Eliminate the excuses and find a better you on the other side of every challenge. Rather it be push ups or anything else life throws at you.
