I played a silly horror game called Hatch. I don't really even know what it's about to be honest... I just got chased through my house by a few different folks while I did various tasks like eating food and fixing my internet. Anyway, follow me on Twitch :p
Fun fact: this isn’t the original version of the game. It looks like it’s been updated.
• The delivery man didn’t initially have subtitles, so if you didn’t speak the language you wouldn’t know what he was saying.
• There used to be a “detection bar” on the screen that would point in the direction of the intruder. It would go up the more detected you were/the closer the intruder was (I’m not 100% sure which one it was) and would also change colour. If it was all the way up/red, the intruder would always find you if you hid. It looks like they’ve replaced it with the corners of the screen darkening.
• I distinctly remember the woman’s jumpscare being different. I swear her face was more like the cutscene where she sneaks up behind the main character in bed. She also sounded like a screaming chicken and her face didn’t shake. The same goes for Dark Aniki.
• In the beginning of the ending sequence, where all the intruders appear in the main character’s room, it used to give you a prompt on what to do: stay and try to enter the hatch or run. I don’t know if Charborg cut it out, but judging by his confusion he didn’t. Choosing to stay and try to enter the hatch didn’t give you another ending, you’d just get jumpscared.

yeah I was also confused because I remember watching Jay from the kubz scouts play it and the game play was different. glad I wasn't going crazy lol

i love how the green ghost just actually helped you, she helped you find the trash and then gave you shampoo in the shower

The uncanny and unpredictable nature of shitty horror games actually make them more scary to me

This game must have taken years to make with the best game designers on the planet

It took 4 nasa software engineers, the entire valve team and 7 professional animators with 10 years of experience in modeling to make this game, they also took the dna of philosophers such as socrates, archimedes and leonardo da vinci and brought them back to life by reviving their brain cells and putting them on a copper cube that connects to a machine that allows them to communicate in the form of an living AI so they could create a backstory for this game
I love how Charbor can't stop laughing but feels obliged to act scared.

"Look he's breakdancing" Is the culmination of one of the most bullshit """horror""" sequences i've ever seen
Oohhh... I've watched a bunch of streamers play this and it took me until now to realize it's an allegory of living in an abusive household. The protagonist is the eldest brother trying to go about his daily tasks and chores and pretend everything is normal while being stalked around the house by a monster that will freak out whenever she gets close enough to notice him. The little long-haired ghost is the youngest sibling, who is already deeply damaged and spooky but mostly silent and just wants to be helpful to her older brothers. She hides her face with her long hair. The middle brother starts the game normal and integrated and keeping it together but then loses it halfway through and kills his self-destructive side, leaving his homicidal side alive instead. The giant man in the garden is the abusive father. The delivery man apologizes endlessly because he knows what's going on and can't help (he "delivers nothing"). Etc.

Btw Char, idk if you read these comments so idk if you'll see this but I highly recommend you check out a game called Horror Legends. I think you'd enjoy it, it's one of those multiplayer killer games though kinda like the bigfoot game you played.
It also has a free demo that lets you play with people who own the game though only has 1 survivor and 1 killer so you don't even need to drop any cash on it. (Though I would recommend it since all of the funny killers are only in the full game.)
If you see this, hope you consider it. lol.

This game would be slightly better if it was a small idiotic child desperately trying to do chores because he doesn't want to get yelled at for not doing chores, since it gives the character SOME reason to prioritize doing menial tasks instead of running or hiding from the random lady, but no, its a grown @$$ adult doing menial tasks while his house is being invaded.
