Those are weak narrations and only reported in order to mitigate the claim that the Arabs descend from a slave woman. There is a Sahih and strong hadith reporting that they were the children of Hagar, a slave.

Great question. She was from Egypt, the early primary sources name her as Aajaara which is derived from the phrase "Her Recompense" as it was said that the King of Egypt at the time awarded her to Sarai as a gift and said "here is your Recompense" thus she came to be known by the early Muslims as Aajara. We purposefully chose to keep this as a means of teaching the viewers something new.
