- Recurve women's gold medal match between Deepika Kumari of India and An San of Korea at the 2019 Olympic Test Event in Tokyo, Japan. Recurve archers shoot at a target 70 metres away, 122cm in diameter and the central 10-ring measures just 12.2 centimetres in diameter (about the size of a DVD).

Again, a typical Deepika end game: she comes up short. Whoever her coach is, should look into this. Since the beginning of her career, every big final she looses. She should try some meditation to calm her down and to find inner stability, strengthen her self confidence. Transcendental Meditation originated in India, her home country, and it's the only meditation technique supported by scientific research. She should try this before the Olympics of 2020. She's an excellent archer and it's painful to see her loose each time on the big stage.
No the problem itself is the coach we need Korean coaches like how pv Sindhu has!!
I don't think anyone has any chance of winning against An San. She keeps on hitting 10s at will and pressure mounts on the opponent.

@@leelee7718 한국 양궁 선수들에게 올림픽은 이름과 나라를 알리고 포상금과 연금이 따라온다는 것 이상의 의미는 없습니다. 올림픽보다 국내 전국체전 경쟁이 더 치열하기 때문이지요. 그리고 올림픽은 4년마다 열리기 때문에 최연소 타이틀도 재능만으로 이룰 수 있는게 아니어서 나이에 큰 의미를 부여하기 힘듭니다. 지난 올림픽이 열렸던 2016년 당시 중학생이던 안산 선수는 나이제한으로 올림픽 출전이 불가했지만 당시 국내 양궁 최초로 중등부 전종목(6종목)에서 전관왕을 차지하는 유일무이한 기록을 세웠습니다. 그 중 개별 3종목에서 한국 타이기록 및 신기록을 달성했구요. 치열한 한국 양궁계에서 현재 가장 기대되는 유망주입니다.

Nonsense. She looses every final. She lacks self confidence. She should work on that. After watching this video I can very well guess what had happened during her final match against this same Korean archer at Tokyo Olympics. Just pause the video and look at her, she was scared as shit. She should use meditation and stay grounded as a person. She claimed that she wasn't allowed to play mixed doubles with her husband Atanu Das, is it an excuse to loose. If federation is pushing better seeded talent and you being single lady archer there representing india, should be gullible enough to team up with anyone as there are times of emergency before matched and schedules. I also feel that she should stay away from All these federation politics and focus on her game if she really wants to win a medal. As a matter of fact during her match, her heart rate was 150, whereas An San was 85-90, you can clearly see the difference there. I am really disappointed with her this time. Teen Olympics ho gaye hai, har baar din kharab nahi hota. She doesn't look like world no. 1 when she stands vs her opponent in any final showdown. I feel more disappointed in her because she is from my state Jharkhand. Please give way to much younger talent like Komolika Bari and some great female archers from Northeast. AFI please look into it. Hope to see a positive change in her game and some new faces at Paris 2024
Deepika should have performed well in ranking round in Olympics and not have taken it for granted just beacuse there was no elimination in it. That would have helped her atleast getting into the finals without facing An San in the knockouts and a silver medal would have been assured.
An san's release were very steady Deepika stumbled on few release thus getting a score of 8

An San was best but still I am feeling sad . Deepika also have work hard for this match but I think she have to do more hard works or we can say india have to work a little hard to achieve anything they want ... because we all have seen india always lose by 3,4 or 5 points

실업 선수부터 중학생 선수까지 100명이 경쟁 벌입니다.
내년 4월에야 도쿄올림픽 대표 3명 결정됩니다
