Sometimes I think English speaking vloggers living in foreign countries don’t always realize how valuable their content is. It’s not just “travel tips” or giving us tours. It’s the consistency of normal, ordinary days and weeks. I know the vlogger can worry, or feel like they must constantly come up with new and interesting stuff to show. They say so all the time. But it’s not just about TELLING the viewer about a place. It’s about making them COMFORTABLE there, before they’ve traveled themselves. Sometimes some foreign travel can seem….daunting. (Like I’ve been to Europe a lot but never to Asia and was nervous for some reason 😬🤷♀️) But all these “week in a life” videos over time have made me feel more secure, relaxed, and confident. And now I’m going to Korea for two months in the fall. So thank you Cari. Seriously. You had a big hand in that and I’m VERY grateful 🙏❤️❤️❤️

Nowadays I am quite worried even though I know more. I am used to flying, but it worries me more than ever. I have also sabotaged myself by watching too much "Mentour Pilot", who makes videos on aviation incidents ans accidents. Those videos are really good. Most of the time more people survive, than anticipated. But unexpectedly they ruined it for me🙈.

I would definitely be interested in the video about "tips for people who are anxious flyers." I've gotten better over the years, but I'm honestly still always low-key anxious the whole time, so to know what certain bumps mean and when to expect turbulence, those sort of things would be helpful for sure.

19:30 😂I did not understand when you were talking about muscle pains. In France Pilate is a soft gym in a group setting and you are not even supposed to sweat. This is why office workers practice it at lunch time somewhere in the office building and there is not need for a shower after the session. I guess I got lost in translation 😅 faux amis I reckon. 😂

I am an anxious flyer as well. I love travelling but the moment I am inside the plane, I started blaming myself for wanting this trip. LOL! My coping mechanisms include reading a book, random scribbling, doodling and listening to rock or any upbeat music with my noise-cancelling earbuds on. Wow....airplane fright....picture me as Dustin Hoffman in Rain Man...not going anywhere near an airport, lol, but I'll watch. Haven't flown since I got trapped in a packed elevator which is sad because I used to love to fly. Now, not for all the money in the world, but same goes for an MRI :) Thanks again for the beautiful footage....the flowers, the raspberry cake, etc. I also enjoyed the H&S video about the old cities disappearing. I told them it's so sad to see elders alone, so far away....wish that businesses and industry would spread out and not be so concentrated in Seoul....it would probably help with housing costs and family growth as well. I am an anxious flyer as well. I love travelling but the moment I am inside the plane, I started blaming myself for wanting this trip. LOL! My coping mechanisms include reading a book, random scribbling, doodling and listening to rock or any upbeat music with my noise-cancelling earbuds on. Would really love to hear what your dad has to share about planes!

Wow....airplane fright....picture me as Dustin Hoffman in Rain Man...not going anywhere near an airport, lol, but I'll watch. Haven't flown since I got trapped in a packed elevator which is sad because I used to love to fly. Now, not for all the money in the world, but same goes for an MRI :) Thanks again for the beautiful footage....the flowers, the raspberry cake, etc. I also enjoyed the H&S video about the old cities disappearing. I told them it's so sad to see elders alone, so far away....wish that businesses and industry would spread out and not be so concentrated in Seoul....it would probably help with housing costs and family growth as well.
