I am staying in Dubai for last 5 years, I am happy here, the income here are way better with no taxes , i was able to support my family, regarding rental yield even with higher maintenence you can easily get 5-7% yield. The indian community here is very strong and one wish can build great circle here , all are likeminded people who have come here to earn money, i feel guru ji or akshat all the same , nobody should get influenced by there personal life , choose what to hear from whom.
I remember Akshat recommending REIT & SGBs to buy & after few months he started speaking against them. That was the day I realised his true character

I have lived in Dubai recently for 1 year and I can vouch that each and every word spoken by guruji is cent percent true. The loneliness, materialism and zero soul of place kills you from inside. After 2 months you have seen the whole country ( of it can be called so ) comprising of deserts, malls and amusement parks - you ask yourself what are you there for and what’s your purpose ( unless the money being made is really a differentiator)

First where are the jobs in India, that's why people are going to other countries, even guruji said to go. Even in India, going to other states makes people lonely away from their parents etc. In other countries, people have formed groups based on languages, region etc. so they have celebrations, festivals etc. so they are not lonely, this is simply being put out by some people.

My uncle and his children have been living in UAE since 1993. whenever I meet them, they only talk about their treatment as second grade citizens..There is a large bias for locals , however you are talented, you will be a second class person
I grew up there for 8 yrs, finished college and never went back even tho i miss some friends relatives and cultural pastimes unique to the gulf. When ur a second class 'citizen' it doesn't matter how much money u make or which 1st world country i live in. Not saying that India is a paradise, but being an actual citizen even of a third world country makes better sense.

Agree with you sir, Mai dubai rehta hu. But mujhe akela rehna bhot psand hai aur Dubai ane ka reason hi yahi tha akele rehna hai. Bht mast jagah hai, but ek sachhai jo apne boli ki sab glitter hai dekh ke gareeb feel hota hai wo ek dam sach hai. Par ek sukoon hai sir, Koi Drama ni Indian logo ke sath, koi darr ni kal ko koi b ladki ake jhutha kuch ilzaam laga de. Jarurat hi ni citizenship ki, we are paying to live away from Indian society.

I also invest in shares since last 4yrs. I completely do it on my own study without anyone's recommendation, but I do watch video of others to know what people are saying. Trust me maximum not so famous stocks told by Akshat Shrivastava are to make a fool of yourself. I don't even why he does that. Don't ever follow is advice. Of course if the share has to run profitable in long run, it will. But don't follow him in buying any share
You should start video on these so called franchises(scams) where only the franchisers make money and people who brought franchise for running restaurants etc caught in huge bebt.

Abroad is not for people who dont like staying alone. Me on the other hand, is enjoying life in Canada with my wife. Very peaceful, great work life balance and much more savings. I get time after work to focus on my health, which is very important for me.

In my opinion, today if you are young, have talent and skills to make money, Dubai is a pretty good place to have a jumpstart to wealth generation. I have been there, and i like the vibe, but i can only say it about the good 6 months of the year. If you are middle age or have a family, it is going to be expensive. My colleague who work there tell me there is no social insurance and pension, expensive schools for kids, etc.
Very correct. Instead of investing in touristy places, every भारतीय person should purchase a home back in native place and invest some time of your life regularly in native place. It will help in economy of smaller places where we come from

I have unsubscribed Akshat Shrivastav a long time back when he was suggesting to invest in Crypto via Vault and when Sebi banned Vault he made only a single video on it by saying my money is also trapped. I was completely disappointed by Akshat because he completely did the reverse of what he said last year. Most of his recommendations were after the stock had reached all time high. After he made money, he recommended the stocks. I have unsubscribed from his paid subscription.

I worked in Dubai for 2 Years from 2006 to 2008 and then Travelled Dubai 3 Times as a Tourist,, My take is if you stay for Long and have Less Money to soend then its Lonely,, as 8 Months its Burning Hot and as a Tourist if you Travel for 15 Days and have money, its Good

You contradicted yourself during the video. Initially you said that you wanted to warn viewers from consequences of buying property in Dubai. Later you said intended buyers call dealers/advisors and take advice before buying property in Dubai. The country has become banana country where anyone can be put behind bar and even after acquittal one ends up loosing fortune. If someone is ready to take risk and invest in crypto, let him. Life is all about taking risk and gaining experience. It's all about focus and lack of it.
