For everyone that got lost or tuned out 1/2 way through let me give you a simple explanation:
Warrants- are rights given typically to employees of the corporation that allow them to buy shares of the stock at a predetermined price. These are commonly used to ensure that employees of the corporation try to make decisions that align with shareholders since upon exercising their warrants they become shareholders themselves. This increases the amount of shares that the company has outstanding.
Reverse split- this is a rare move but basically takes x amount of shares and consolidates them into 1 share. If your invested the value of your shares does not change but the amount you own will be reduced. This happened with oil shares when prices were going in a negative direction. The company did a reverse split to prevent the value from going to 0.
-offering- there are two types of offerings in finance. Everyone is familiar with ipo. This is the first time a company issues shares in the primary market. Once the company continues to trade it will be trading in the secondary market. Now, the offering Steve is talking about is a “seasoned offering” this is basically when a company decides to issue more shares in the market. Once again it is very rare.
*However, I’m more of an investor and focus on blue chip and large cap. Penny stocks is new to me so these moves may be more common in these markets.

    • @crackurbak
      @crackurbak 3 роки тому

Seasoned offerings in penny stocks are not rare at all.. Capital raising happens quite frequently amongst pennystocks in the ASX.

Hello steven! Im a little bit desperate now and came up to ask these questions since i cant find answers in internet after researching them. (If someone can answer my question please leave a reply thanks!)
    Okay my questions are:
    1. Is there a way to find historical data of floats in a SPECIFIC DATE?
    2. Do you do automated backtesting(like amibroker) or just manually backtest to perfect the strategy? (Since your advice is to test the strategy 1000 times, thats alot)
    3. Is there a way to find TOP GAINERS, TOP LOSERS in a SPECIFIC DATE?
Im 17 years old and planning to open up a trading account when i turn in 18, im studying trading since 16 and Steven Dux helped me alot for my trading education.
I badly need those answers and if someone can help me I'll be very thankful. Thanks for reading!
Liking this will help alot to be noticed!

In short: Bagholders of BTC will jump off in large amounts the moment it nears 10k, 15k and 20k.
It'll be years and years until BTC can jump over 20k again. I suppose if the number of people in the Demand side of things increases substantially, then it'll break through the 'resistance' levels of 10k, 15k, 20k sooner.
Steven has mentioned this pattern several times in other videos. I think it is probably effective in small cap stocks and penny stocks where, as Steven said, there is the tendency to jump thousands of a percent. But look at the volume of trade.
This pattern may not work so clearly in mid and large cap because there are so many other buyers out there who are not Day Traders. Price Discovery is a little obscured by people like Dividend Stock Investors (who tend to buy stocks for dividend yield engagement year on year rather than sell and buy frequently) and maybe even ETFs if the stock in question is part of a large ETF pool like VOO.
It kind of is like an extension of Buffet's "be fearful when people are greedy and greedy when they are fearful," I think. Except it is in the world of penny stocks and combines some understanding of Psychology with the tendency for people to want to AVOID pain, rather than GAIN pleasure most of the time.
I'd like to sign up for Steve's program I think. I've been watching him for a while now interact with other Asian You Tubers. He seems like a genuine guy.
