I install flags like these all the time at car dealerships. You should add to your video the possible pitfalls that can occur. It's easy to over tighten those straps and bend a 'thread' or two making it impossible to stay tight afterwards. About 7 is a good setting on my drill clutch to help prevent that. You showed your man tightening one of those straps on the corner of the pole. You should avoid that on angular poles. The strap screw should be on a flat side when tightening. For best results though screw straps are really only good for round poles. Band straps should be used on square and angular poles. Always have extra straps on hand too. Whenever you don't that's when you'll find a bad one or you'll slip up and ruin one. Also it's much easier and safer on a lift than on a ladder if you are going up high. You can use a visual sight gauge level to get rows of flags the same height if it's difficult to measure. Taller banners will have middle grommets as well. When putting a zip tie around the middle sections be sure not to over tighten them and pull the middle of the banner to far inward. To cut off the excess strap you can bend it over, then hammer the bend flat. Then bend it back and forth a couple of times and it will snap right off. The average Joe doing one or two flags probably doesn't have a steel strap cutter. Just some things I learned the hard way.
