WORKOUT:
1. Bent over barbell row 4 x 8 - 12
2a. Pull-ups (use assisted if needed) 3 x AMRAP
2b. Close grip push-ups ( use assisted if needed) 3 x AMRAP
3. Kneeling single arm overhead wide grip pull down 3 x 10 - 12
4. Single Straight Arm pull-downs 3 x 12 - 15
5a. Straight arm out cable curls 3 x 10 - 15
5b. Cable rope tricep pushdown 3 x 10 - 15

If you have a long resistance band you can do them at home! Just tie a knot at the end of your band and put it at the same height through a door and close the door shut to hold it in place. You can hold a dumbbell in your hand as well to increase resistance💪

I’m a huge snacker 😩 what healthier snack options would you recommend?
Oh, Me too girl!! I eat what I crave, I just find alternatives that suit my needs. So I always make sure my snacks are high in protein when I can. It helps keep you full longer and also helps with the gains💪
It’s when you eat snacks that are just carbs/sugar that make it hard because they don’t keep you satiated so you typically need more to feel satisfied which means more calories, and then you also don’t get much nutritional benefit either. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes you just need the dang Snickers and that’s totally okay! Mental sanity matters too😂 It’s just about finding a balance and alternatives to your favs that will help you reach your goals💪

I bought your 1st program it's amazing and I love it. I want to buy the next gym program or should I do the Sculpt Home Program. Just wondering if there's a difference between the scult gym and the Aculpt Home?
Awesome!! Love to hear it! & yes there is a difference. Home program is using very minimal equipment and different techniques to increase intensity when training at home. The Gym program will use a variety of equipment, like the Breakthrough program! Both programs have the same focus - on fat loss and sculpting your body. If you enjoyed Breakthrough and have access to a fully equipped gym still, then Sculpt GYM will be the one for you💪

Hey Hunterrrr! When doing the overhead pull-down; do we leave the rope at the top hole of the cable machine…?! Or bring it down a little bit…?!
Heyy heyy!😄 So I leave it at the top because yuh girls got them long arms lol but you just want it high enough so that you can get a full stretch at the top. You could do maybe 1 or 2 notches down depending on your cable machine and build if needed!
