The prime changers transformation is actually very fluid, it just has a VERY specific order of operations. Arms and the backpack only fall off if the steps are done out of order or in the wrong orientation.
What struck me immediately about this figure is it's amazing paint job! It genuinely feels premium! Didn't expect this guy to even have snke pivots. This is such a cool toy surprisingly
honestly with maybe some foam or 3D printed pieces to fill in the gaps and that back and a some more paint this could be THE Optimus Figure, dude has freaking thigh cuts and ANKLE PIVOTS!!!
This toy has not left my desk since I've gotten it, it is such a joy to handle! I wish I could say the same for the energon Bumblebee that pairs with this Optimus, as while it's neat, the Prime Changers Bumblebee is way better for cheaper lol.
With Transformers 1 just a little over 2 weeks away, I wonder what robotic sounds the Paramount ⭐s will make this time. Keep in mind that all the previous movies had the Paramount ⭐s making robotic sounds.
I haven’t read the comments but I don’t think I’m alone here with voting for prime changers, then again I might pick this up along with studio series to pair with the SS114 Megatron
I typically don't go for those hollow covers that third party companies always make. But for this guy? I think being fully solid and robust would put him over the edge into being a GREAT figure, and I'd probably get them. lol
It costs less than a voyager and is the size of a old leader, the robot mode looks great and has great posing, only the truck is bad, but the studio series also has a bad truck mode
@@TFfan_09 this has mediocre posing, tons of hollow spots, has a boring a stupidly simple transformation and looks like a toy from a dollar store. Seriously there should be no to buy this unless you want a "big" optimus prime. Even then it's worthless because takara is making a classic leader class size optimus prime.
@@TFfan_09 to to mention the awful clear hands that makes it look cheap. Seriously the studio series is so much better in every way that it's confusing why they even still make these cheap gimmick toys. Nobody buys them and they always end up in landfills. The mainline and studio series is were all the effort should be, not wasted with this shit.

So true. I dig them more than SS versions
Is that the mainline deluxe one?
@@ThornOfSociety yes, it is.
@@ThornOfSociety yeah.
The clear blue reminds me of bionicle. He is looking great tbh!
Reminds me of the mainline Transformers Prime voyager class Optimus Prime seeing as he had clear blue forearms aswell.

So glad to see that ppl still like the genuine toys just as much as they do the collector's stuff when it comes to Transformers X3
Thanks. Helped me decided if I should buy this as my son's first Optimus. SOLD.
They need to make a Megatron one of this and he should have red clear plastic
Purple would be nice.
@@AfterthymeGamingRed😈
clear blue reminds me of rescue bots toys
Wow…early 2000s vibe for sure
I dont know why but it kinda reminds me of battle blades optimus.
This really does seem like a spiritual companion to Cyber Commander Optimus, which is high praise.
I will always honestly prefer Optimus prime to have the little battle mask on forever
I love it, reminds me my old toy biz spiderman 12 inch figures.

I am so easily influenced I swear every second more of this video I am being slowly convinced that I need this figure
this is the transformers fan's dilemma
Bought this solely off of your recommendation and I'm loving it. Probably the only TF ONE Prime I'll need.

I noticed that the feet of this figure are the same as on the cyber commander prime!
Reminds me of the energon rescue bots
i'm gonna get this instead of the Leader. sure the alt mode isn't that much of a looker but i'm not paying 80 bucks for a Leader

Ultimate energon optimus prime is one of my target transformers one toys
Better than I thought

HOLY HE LOOKS GOOD, HOW MUCH DOES HE COST
30 USD
@@juliorodriguez9746 just get the studio series or mainline. They actually look better and don't look like dollar store slop
The transparent arms remind me of energon tidal wave, I’m probably gonna be getting this
9:11 I wish my energon axe was that big 😔
This one is mainly sold in the Philippines and is the most least bought one here in the Philippines and is just shocking for how cool it is
Such a great looking bot mode ruined by a horrible alt mode
I honestly like this better than that $90 "leader class" Optimus Prime
Congrats on 100K subs! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
This reminds me of the 2000's toys. This is such a great figure. Where do they get the budget for this one lol?!?!!
I have cyber commander, and I looked and they have the same feet, lol
I cinda want it
Better than the "kids toys" Rotb offered
I WANT IT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD!!! 😻
Nice video
reminds me of an old cybertron toy
The clear arms are probably the only negative.
for some reason where I live the electronic one doesn't have voice lines but only the sound effects
I can't believe the studio series has the worst proportions of all the figures! it looks so wide
How much is he
No where to be seen in the UK as usual 🙄
Good figure but not a great figure. What a waste of a waist rotation.
That’s the ugliest truck ever
Thats more hollow that your dating life

The studio series is $25, that's extremely cheap. There should be no reason to get this other hollow baby toy crap.
