I found that after a few months the Neo 120's door (nozzle cover/guard gate) began interfering with the water stream. I used brushes to make sure all was clean and could move freely. Soon it would interfere again. I was able to bend the door off from the tabs and have had no problems since. With sphincter muscle relaxation, a strong enema water stream at the start will allow you to evacuate quickly instead of wasting time straining on the pot. I recommend the Neo 120 but you may have to easily bend off the door from its hinge tabs using your hand. The bidet will raise your seat up near the tank so you'll want the 1" two pack of rubberized dome door bumpers from the hardware store placed at the 8 o'clock and 4 o'clock position on top of your toilet bowl. There's an adhesive sticker on the back of the bumpers but I recommend also using caulk to glue them down. You don't want them getting knocked off and flushed down.

I installed mine and couldn't figure out how to set the dial to clean the nozzle. No matter what I did it sprayed over the toilet. Then I saw you put your dial all the way to the last button. Yay! Now I know. I love the refreshing feeling this thing gives you after using it

Awesome review. I just installed mine and did a mock up test run. I'm pretty sure I'm already spoiled and won't be able to use another toilet that doesn't have one...maybe. LOL

(1) The spray nozzle does not retract! (2) Toilet seat remains unbalanced!
Both are major faults! Please check with the manufacturer before making a decision!

My brand new Luxe 120. The nozzle does not drop down after turning the knob. I tried to manually drop down the nozzle and it got stuck up and does not retract. I am using it as it is but on complaint they agreed to send a replacement unit! That’s a normal duty of the bidet makers but they should rather try to make it foolproof!

@@grawakendream8980 I'm not certain how you'd "go easy" on the bidet. You either use it or not. I'd imagine if the water pressure in your home is too high, they'll hurt the plastic. That being said, it's plastic, and made in China.

I have the Neo 120 and removed the swing open door because it started interfering with the water stream aim. I've had no problems since. I've had it over 5 years.

So you just sprayed your butt with water, now it needs to be dried, you’re going to use TP anyway, if you use a towel you’re gonna take the towel and throw it right in the hamper and that adds to your laundry.

Getting a small stool to prop your feet on will help with your stool. Search "squatty potty". I use a small bucket to put my feet on.
The bidet will clean your bottom. Then instead of "wiping", you can "blot" dry.
