Aww thanks Linda, you are always so kind for watching and commenting on my videos. I really appreciate it. x I have loads of bunting to make next week so I will have a video. x
How clever to use material instead of paper as a background. I always use paper but you've opened up a whole new world for me with the material. Thank you so much.
SO adorable! I will be making one of these for each of my grandchildren. I have two so far but there's a third on the way so I will have to wait on the 3rd, but I will definitely do something stunning like you did for each. Love your videos and you are the cutest youtuber out there. Thanks Sweetie for all of your great ideas!!
Gosh i just came across your videos and they are so fantastic and inspiring. Love the honest way you present, you are very refreshing in comparison to other bloggers. As i too am from Dublin i love the comments about snow, wheelie bins etc...very funny. Keep up these excellent videos as they are very inspiring.
432 views & only 77 👍. REALLY ❣ Come on YOU guys if YOU can watch YOU can hit 👍. YOU know she well deserves it❣ YOU ARE OUR PRINCESS D.D. & I THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO❣ XOXO 💕💕💕
Great video which has inspired me to make something! Can you tell me how deep the Ribba frames are internally i.e. how 'thick' can an item be to fit between the glass/perspex and the back board? Thanks!
Olivia Rigo ... you can also use scrapbooking paper from craft shops. If you do use scrapbooking paper you should use double-sided tape to stick your paper down. Wet glue might make your paper crinkle.
Hi there, I am trying to make a frame at the moment and just wondering what glue do you use? I find that the glue guns are drying to quickly to be able to stick things onto the frame
Can i use any type of strong glue or does is have to be a special type please? i have wooden scrabble letters and hearts i want to glue, thanks in advance xx
I have ordered the materials to make 2 of these lovely framed for my daughter and daughter on the way. I just can't figure out the safest way to hang them. The framed feel heavy and I don't want to risk them falling on my daughter. Can you show us how to hang properly?
Honey, you are so talented. By the way, lots of companies sell paper that can be printed on and then you just transfer the paper on to fabric with an iron. I have a Canon printer and Canon definitely sells transfers for ironing on to fabric. Just visit canon. com
I don't know if you posted otherwise, but I would like to see how to do a shadow box for childs clothing. Please let me know if so and link for. Thank you 😻
Thanks so much for watching Sarah, I use a bit of everything. In this room I have used chalk paint, in my other rooms I have used Satinwood and Eggshell x
Hi, I can't find those frames on their website at all, do you have a product code number please? Your link is to the Ikea website, not to a specific item
I got my glue from Inspiring ideas, also Evans art supplies is really good too and I think they sell that glue. Another option is to use a hot glue gun. You can get one of these cheap enough in the likes of tiger and crafts shops x
Hiya, the depth of the new ikea frames have changed. Ikea have released a new shadow box and the Ribba is no longer the same dimensions as the new version.
Brilliant idea, simple but stunning, and what a lovely gift for anyone, the ideas are endless, ooh bunting look forward to that i love bunting thankyou for takeing the time to share very much appreciated, xxx

Lovely video again Catherine. Would a glue gun work to stick the letters to the fabric background or what glue do you use? Thanks
Hey, yes, it all depends on the glue stick you use, try get one that is suitable for fabric x
I’m not in Ireland so can’t use those art shops. What size in CM is the ones you use? As I’ve seen some online. But confused by sizing lol.x
These are 23cm x 23cm 😊 any box frames will work. Hobby craft have some nice ones too 😊
Hi can you please do a video on printing on fabric
Many thanks
Thank you so much for this video, I have always wanted to make a frame like the anchor one for my little nephew. Where can I find the backgrounds?
HIya! I use fabric for the background so try your local craft store and you might be able to get a similar anchor fabric xx Thanks for watching.
Olivia Rigo ... you can also use scrapbooking paper from craft shops. If you do use scrapbooking paper you should use double-sided tape to stick your paper down. Wet glue might make your paper crinkle.
I could watch you all day long. I am a Grandmother of two girls. Do you have a family?. Love your. Ideas.
Hey, would you be able to tell me the depth of these are please? If known. Love the look of these :)
Hiya, I actually don't know the depth but if you check the Ikea website and search Ribba frame it might have the full dimensions. x

Hi Paul, You can get some off amazon x

I have ordered the materials to make 2 of these lovely framed for my daughter and daughter on the way. I just can't figure out the safest way to hang them. The framed feel heavy and I don't want to risk them falling on my daughter. Can you show us how to hang properly?
HIya, you can get a ledge in Ikea that they sit on, or, I know a lot of people sit them on shelves. x
Hi, I am struggling to find the best way to paint the letters. Do you have any tips please?x
Honey, you are so talented. By the way, lots of companies sell paper that can be printed on and then you just transfer the paper on to fabric with an iron. I have a Canon printer and Canon definitely sells transfers for ironing on to fabric. Just visit canon. com
Oh I forgot seen you on show house just a second but I was like o I now her from youtube so funny xxxx
Hi any chance you could do some more projects to give as gifts to younger nephews please...
I don't know if you posted otherwise, but I would like to see how to do a shadow box for childs clothing. Please let me know if so and link for. Thank you 😻
Do the ribba frames come with the insert already?
Hiya, Ikea actually changed their Ribba frames, I was in store recently and their shadow boxes are now different dimensions, so just a heads up.
This is dope! However to anyone trying to make this from 2020 and on, the Ribba frames have changed and don't very good shadow boxes any more 😭
The SANNAHED boxes should work instead!
They don’t come with an insert tho
What glue do use and how do u make glitter stay and not fall off by touching them
Love your channel new subby Tfs Your amazing talent xx

Another option is to use a hot glue gun. You can get one of these cheap enough in the likes of tiger and crafts shops x
May I know the name of the frame? Can't seem to find it in ikea. 🥺🙏🏻

If you were to sell this how much do u think?
Hiya, my best adive is to add up your costs and your time and that will give you a guide on price x

Hiya, the depth of the new ikea frames have changed. Ikea have released a new shadow box and the Ribba is no longer the same dimensions as the new version.
