The majority of law enforcement in the west doesn't operate on actual laws in reality they operate on a monopoly of force or power or violence.. a law enforcement officer can choose to violate the law and will most likely get backed up.. if you back up anything with a monopoly of violence then whatever you say it is the rules not the written law..

I’m not sure where this is exactly taking place or what the context is, but it seems to parallel a lot of encounters between lawful citizens and police in many parts of the western world. If you think the education system in the UK is letting the people down, you should see some stats from the United States! Teachers in the US are the most grossly underpaid working professionals, with probably the most important jobs! School calenders are still based on the age old agricultural calendar where kids were needed for harvesting season at home during the summer. Private schools with tuition comparable to some four year colleges is the main path kids can take if they're going to be given adequate preparation for college and careers. Very few public schools are capable of producing consistently high levels of sufficient academic excellence to guarantee success in competetive colleges or trade schools! Inner city schools in particular in America are profoundly understaffed and underfunded. School system budgets are often directly proportional to the median income of a county's residents. Almost everything about primary school funding in the UK is completely opposite to the US. If the United States based our primary education system funding and academic standards on the UK model, we would be the most unstoppable force on the planet. Colleges and universities would probably grow to be so competetive that many foreign students would be unable to gain admission. Job markets would become even more competetive, and wages might even drop initially. We WISH that our schools were given the same priority in terms of state and federal funding as in European countries! And that's not even talking about the massive inequality in American healthcare, and what a joke our "healthcare system" is! No one goes bankrupt and goes in permanent debt in the UK because they got sick or injured! End...

If you say, get stopped on the road by a plainclothes officer with an unmarked car? Then yeah, absolutly they have to show their warrant card or at least call in uniformed officers, but otherwise, no

The education system in this country has let so many people down.
That's not america
End...

A cops job isnt to know the law you're thinking of a lawyer perhaps.
@@yabrocharliethat’s retarted, anyone whose work involves the law should know it much less be able to enforce it.
@@yabrocharlieSo, what are you saying? They should be able to do whatever they want, arrest whoever they want, and not be restricted by laws, because it’s not their job to know the law? That’s absolutely asinine.
the laws an ass , them are the muck coming out of it s empty hole
Become an officer or a constable and change the status quwoe through dedication and example.@@yabrocharlie
section 90 mate
Is the old guy asking for their warrant cards because he thinks they're not real cops? Last look, Section 90 under UK law is the one on impersonating a constable.
Showing their warrant card proves they’re a constable.
Then what the guys saying is they’re acting out of their boundaries as a constable by what they’re attempting to do.
Yeah if you can't produce a warrant card you are not an police officer.
@@c.p.browne6871they are required to show their warrant card to members of the public upon request if they don’t have their warrant card on them then they have no more powers than the average citizen.
@@c.p.browne6871He doesn't think they're not actually constables, he's exercising a similar right to be able to ask a cop in the US for their name, badge number, and to see their physical badge to verify they are an officer. You don't have to believe they aren't an officer to do so, it's just a way of pushing back against officers unnecessarily and unlawfully ID-ing law abiding citizens.
The kings a nonce mate is absolute class 🙌🏼🙌🏼
A King without his people is a man standing alone.Waiting to be savagely torn apart by his own people
Well said
True
Louis - Marie! Marie! The peasants are revolting.
Marie - Well? . . . Tell them to wash themselves.
Louis - ?
What's that got to do with anything?
King is just a symbol, as a queen, prince, princess, dukes, etc. Its stupid to have someone like that at the times of democracy.
This is why ex vets should be police, not 18 yo kids without any life experience or uni grads who have been brainwashed
You mean former 18yo soldiers who've been brainwashed into killing people in foreign land?
Mmm there are some issues with that.
Absolutely !
There can be issues with purely have ex military, there is a reason countries generally don't use the military as police...
