Change from within: How individuals shape company culture around climate action

The desire to use business to take real action on climate change is driven by company culture. But it's people who shape that culture.
As mountain people, we love immersing ourselves in the outdoors. This is our passion, and knowing those places are at risk motivates us to act ever-more responsibly.
The fact is nature can’t do it alone anymore. We also need technology to remove historical and unavoidable emissions in the fight against climate change. That’s why Mammut is collaborating with carbon removal pioneer Climeworks, whose 'Direct Air Capture’ technology removes CO₂ from the air to be then safely stored deep underground, where it mineralizes and turns into rock permanently.
