    Ingredients for lamb:
    900g lamb (diced)
    2 small onions
    3 tbsp yoghurt
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 tbsp veg oil
    2 tbsp butter ghee
    2 Cumin powder
    1 Garam masala powder
    4 tbsp peeled plum tomato (blitzed)
    2 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
    For the pilau:
    3 tbsp ghee
    1 tbsp cooking oil
    4 green Cardomom
    2 stick cassia/cinnamon
    4 bay leaves
    300g basmati rice
    Salt to taste
    1 small onion
    150g peas (optional)
