That duck looked amazing. When they were done with the table side carving, I felt like they took away a lot of meat. Is that what they used for the second course? Did that cost extra or was it included in the $108? I wonder what they do with the extra meat if you don’t have it wok-fried. You guys looked really nice all dressed up. Was there a dress code? I noticed a man in shorts at a nearby table.
Yea they have extra meat on the carcas and that is used in the second course for like $20. I have no idea what they do with it if you don’t eat it but hopefully someone gets it cuz it was so good. No dress code we just like to get fancy now and then. 😃
We are all of it. If you are looking to have it for 3-4 people I would certainly look to get some noodles and or rice with it. It is decent for a couple but gonna need fillers for more. Thanks for watching !

Oh wow, the Peking Duck looked really delicious.
Highly recommend people do it at least once, hard to do it many more times due to the price tag, but doing it once I can handle.

We highly recommend it. It is expensive but not bad if you consider it your show for the evening since shows aren't running right now
The wait staff should roll the duck for the guests. Gratuity of the duck alone is more than $20. At minimum, a demo on how to do duck wrap is needed.
